Netgear Genie Smart Setup – Get Connected

  • Join the wireless network Netgear_Ext.

Can’t Access Netgear Genie Smart Wizard?

Login to your Netgear Genie Account

  • Verify that the WiFi network your extender is connected to is active.
  • Clear the temporary files, cache, and cookies from your web browser.
  • Verify that the internet link on your PC is turned on.
  • Don’t type the login link in the search field; instead, enter it in the URL bar.
  • Switch to a different web browser.
  • Once, restart the router and extender.
  • Inspect the WiFi extender’s firmware version. Update it immediately if it’s out of date.
  • Try returning the extender to its original setup.

 

  • Open the Netgear Genie software on the computer at work.
  • After selecting extender settings, input your login information.
  • You can adjust your extender settings on the Netgear Genie interface after being connected.
